1. What is changing?

   1. We’re updating our pricing structure, including our free plan, to better align with the needs of our users while ensuring we can continue to grow and enhance ShapesXR.

2. Why are you introducing new pricing options now?

   1. As ShapesXR grows, we want to ensure we continue delivering the tools and features you rely on while investing in future improvements. These changes help us maintain the platform's quality, sustainability, and expand its capabilities, allowing us to provide even more value to professionals, teams, and businesses like yours.

3. When will these changes take effect?

   1. The new pricing plans go live on November 19, 2024.

4. What’s changing with the free plan?

   1. Starting November 19, free users will have access to 1 editable space. Additional spaces will automatically switch to view-only mode. You can still share and collaborate within this space, and you’ll have 14 days to choose which space to keep editable or upgrade to our Pro plan for unlimited spaces and so much more.

5. Why limit the free plan to 1 editable space?

   1. This change ensures that we can continue to offer a high-quality free experience while supporting the sustainability of the platform.

6. Will existing projects be affected?

   1. No, your current projects will not be lost. All your existing spaces will remain accessible in view-only mode, so you can still view and share them. However, only one space will remain editable unless you upgrade to the Pro plan for full editing access.

7. Can I still collaborate with others on the free plan?

   1. Absolutely, we won’t limit collaboration!

8. Will there be any changes to existing paid plans?

   1. No, users on existing paid plans will keep all their current benefits. However, we are launching a new Pro plan to provide even more value with advanced features for those who need them.

9. How much does the Pro Plan cost?

   1. The cost of the Pro Plan is tailored to your specific needs, including team size and desired features. To receive a personalized quote, please contact our sales team at [e-mail].

10. Is there a license available for indie or freelance creators?

    1. Yes! Our Community License is available for our most dedicated creators, giving you access to all the features of the Pro plan for free, for an initial period of six months. This license is available through an application process and is aimed at users who are active in the ShapesXR community, share their work, and contribute feedback. If you’re interested, you can apply here.
