User Email Change Guide
If you need to change your email address associated with shapes.app, follow the steps below
Step 1: Open User Profile Settings
Go to shapes.app and log in to your account. Once you're logged in, click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the screen and then click on your name in the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Verify your account
Click on the "Change email" button and enter your current password to verify your account or reauthenticate if you're using a Google account.
Step 3: Choose a new authentication method
Choose an authentication method for the new email (Google or email).
Step 4: Enter your new email address
To use a Google account as a new authentication method, simply select it from the list of Google accounts.
To use a regular email enter your new email address and click on the "Change email" button.
Step 5: Follow Email Service Instructions
Once you've saved your changes, go to your email service and follow the instructions to confirm your new email address.
Note: It is important to keep your email address up to date to ensure you receive important notifications about your account.
